Well that's kinda weird, I know people in Pori generally have a tad lower IQ and are less educated than an avarege Finn (I know becose I live in Pori myself), but I'm sure someone there should be able to speak some english...It's probably just that their customer service sucks big time (as the whole organisation) BTW I highly suggest you start rooting for some other Finnish club team, that's if you haven't grown to keen to Ässät (as I - unfortunately - have myself)
Unfortunately it says in their fan shop -site that they dont ship products abroad, which is kinda lame but that seems to be the case. (again way to go Ässät, as if it was too hard to ship products abroad
