The Reading Royals have agreed to terms on one-year contract with goaltender Cody Rudkowsky.

Yutaka Fukufuji has a two way contract with Manchester. The Kings feel he has potential want him to see some ice time. His professional scouting report is: he's quick and shifty, fast on his skates with great lateral movement across the crease. The Kings want to see how he does against against North American competition.

Bakersfield will have 4 goaltenders in camp. They are:

1) Yutaka Fukufuji.
2) Former Boston University G Sean Fields.
3) Jean-Francois Laniel (a third-round pick by Fla 99)
4) Veteran Philippe DeRouville is expected.

It would seem that the Kings and Bakersfield have some minor relationship brewing. The Kings will be sending another young guy, Mike Lukajic according to the article. It would seem that the Kings have some interest in this kid but as far as I know he doesnt have a contract with Los Angeles Manchester or Reading. Anyone know different?
