I don't think guys like Bourdon or Marshall really need that much in terms of sandpaper (and Sbisa isn't afraid to bang it up either). Those two (Bourdon, Marshall) can hit like freight trains, so that's alright.

I also hope that some of the guys do become a bit more physical, but not to the point that their physical play negates the other side of their games (puck movement, positioning, etc...).

It should be interesting to see if this move will help Coburn snap out of his funk from last year. I think Hatcher will help him simplify his game. This past season, it seemed that Coburn tried to do much and just made too many bad decisions as a result. If Hatcher gets Coburn back on track, then he's done his job (part of the reason I think he was hired on).
