The article is titled, "Rangers need to score in offseason."

Columnist Timo Seppa says that the Rangers are desperately in need of some scoring punch, particularly as the "disappointing" Nikolai Zherdev may not be re-signed. Seppa notes that David Booth is a solid, still improving RFA, and recommends that the Rangers sign him to an offer sheet of $2.5M, hoping that in the tough economy Florida would rather take the picks.

Then we get EJ Hradek's take on the scenario, in which he states that yes, Booth would help, but he can't see any scenario where the Rangers produce an offer that Florida wouldn't match.

The entire article is four paragraphs.
