Yeah, I'm not a big fan of BMI. I'm 6'1, 190-200 depending on the week and I run frequently for as well as playing soccer and hockey. I'm not ripped, but I do have muscles and I'm in good shape, yet according to the index, I'm overweight.

I mean, this kind of crap is probably why so many girls feel bad about themselves, you have to be built like a stick to have "normal weight" apparently.
