Without pain there is no real issue. Though I suggest you seek professional medical attention if you are concerned.
The stiffness is most likely caused by your workouts, and not pop you felt in your knee.
If you injured your ACL, MCL, LCL, or PCL in any way shape or form you would be experiencing pain along with with a limited range of motion and possibly instability in the joint.
I tore up my knee two months ago and I still have days of extreme pain.
