After the top 13, it gets more difficult. Al MacInnis and King Clancy are certainly in the conversation for 14th, as well.

Stevens is a hard one to place, because his legacy is based mainly on what he did in the playoffs, and the playoffs are hard to quantify, especially for defensive defensemen. Those who don't place as much emphasis on playoff performance rank him lower than I do. (The same could be said about Horton too).
