I've read anywhere from 6 months to a year. I'm pretty bummed. I just bought some sweet Eagle gloves that used to be Hartnell's at the Preds equipment sale. Guess they will stay new for awhile.
Damn all of these injuries around here lately!

Hey the good news .... you can still skate, I was bummed about the torn bicep but hey .... I COULD STILL SKATE.

Are you having any surgery?

If you are just going to let it heal up you will probably get it inflamed again when you start playing. I am sure though that your MRI would show if it is permanent damage or just an inflammation.

Anyway good luck with it .... before you know it you will be playing again. You could jump in on shinny and just skate ..... maybe some sort of harness to prevent you from having a good range of motion may be good also.

I've never had a rotator problem so I can only guess.
