I would catagorize that as more "creativity" than "hands". If you go by your thinking then John LeClair had below average hands but did you ever see some with a better one timer??? (possibly Kerr but Johnny L was pretty damned awesome too).

Gagne doesn't flub a pass very often (either giving the pass or recieving it). I just think his ranking here should be at the top for those 5 guys.
