Coming back from Injury

I'm coming back from an injury I sustained about 2 and half months ago. I broke my left arm, in specific, the ulna bone. The exact term was a broken olecranon. I got the cast off about 2 and a half weeks ago and have been working on getting my range of motion back.

I have a game on Aug. 16 and was hoping to be back by then. I play goalie for my team and was curious as to what kind of drills i could do to strength my arm back up (it's my glove hand). Also, i was curious if anyone knew some drills i could do at home for flexability, so that I don't look like a complete fool in my return.

I'm pretty much under the understanding that it may not be pretty upon my return, so i'm hoping to find a open skate to get some work in. Thanks to anyone who responds or reads this thread.
