Rangers Prospect #28

Jordan Owens won spot #27, a few spots too late I think. I really think he as a solid shot at the NHL, and should be among "prospects" rather than "projects". He can skate, has decent skill, good size and willing to hit/fight. Look for his stock to rise into our top 20 by the All-Star break.

Please keep adding players. Those who make it onto the voting rolls without winning a spot in the top 30 will be honorable mentions. I think it's important to acknowledge everyone who might have a shot at making the NHL, if for no other reason than to know whom to track during this upcoming season. I bet a few of our honorable mentions will become legit prospects within a year.
