We put way too much stock in "late bloomers" like Chappell, Pitlick or GIlroy on these boards. It's like fool's gold, but every year people are always raving about some late bloomer that every other team missed.
I responded in poll 32 that other than Zaba and Boyle, there aren't any late bloomers garnering real votes. Boyle doesn't even really count, since he hasn't bloomed yet, but we're hoping he does.

I think 35+ is fine for UDFA players.
