Keeper Advice - Niskanen or Enstrom?

So I can't decide which I want in a keeper league?

Tobias Enstrom:

Average ice time last year was 23.5 minutes and he scored 3.32 points per time on ice. had .89 ppg between mar-apr. but a poor first half last year. he's 24 years old about turning 25 soon. He is 1st on Atlanta's depth charts but has strong competition for PP time from Kubina, Hainsey and Bogosian. He's 5'10.

Matt Niskanen:

Had ice time of about 20 minutes a game and 2.55 points per time on ice. he had a poor finish to the season with like 2 points in his last 25 games but a strong first half. also he is 22 years old turning 23 soon. He's around 4th on the depth charts behind Robidas, Daley and Skrastins but is the only real offensive d-man and should see top PP minutes. He's around 6'0

Both teams have about the same skill on it really. Who would you pick???
