Question about the Bauer One55 skates.

I needed to buy new skates because I was getting some serious lace bite. I had an old pair of Bauer Vapors I think they were like XI or IX. Anyways, I bought a pair Bauer One55s and played on them tonight. Completely got rid of the lace bite problem and was extremely comfortable on the ankle. The only problem was that the boot feels super narrow and my feet were killing me.

My question is, will this go away? Does it just need to be broken in? I read some reviews and people love it "after" the break-in period. I just don't remember that I needed to break in my Vapors when I got them. I know they make an EE width for most skates but I didn't think I needed one since all of my previous skates were regular fit.

I really don't want to have to buy another pair of skates but they feel super narrow. I'm hoping its just the break in period.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
