I would have to agree. If you are a regular of mine, and you are always enjoyable to deal with, I'll gladly give someone a free sharpening. My way of saying thanks. People appreciate the gesture and will in all likelihood come back often.

...on the other hand, if you're always in a bad mood, never have anything good to say, never smile, ask for discounts constantly, good luck getting a free sharpening from me...
