Yes, he may be playing in an extremely defensive era, but he still consistently puts up better numbers than all other NHL goalies year after year, and does it without the gargantuan pads.
I was so close to putting him on and IMO its kind of a toss up with Hasek. He has that "product of his team" thing going on but so did Plante, Dryden and alot of the great all time goalies. If he had won consecutive championships then I would have bumped him up a notch or two but for right now I'll put him at 5B to Haseks 5A.
