The only source I have on this is the The Hockey News Yearbook, so it certainly could be wrong. I don't have the NHL Yearbook for that year, or any newspaper clips to look at to verify or correct.

The info I have from the NHL only goes to 5th place so it is of no help here, and even that is not without its own errors.

Hopefully somebody can provide another source.
