But there is much problem. You dont want him to have a jacked upper body with a Pee-Wee lower body. Sure he can have light workouts when not running, skating, or doing therapy but to be effective for a hockey player, the two workouts (top and bottom) have to be in unison...a big upper body not matched by lower body spells trouble IMO.
