but all those factors go into not being ready. there is more to being ready then being physically strong enough...lots of times a player is ready physically or ready talent-wise but isn't ready mentally or emotionally, and if that is the case they aren't ready. you can't be partly ready, either you are or you aren't, its a package deal.
