Oshie is the most valuable to his team. He has a contagious tenacity that elevates the play of those around him. His motor is what makes him irreplaceable.

Perron has more dedication to hockey than any young player I've ever seen. He's going to make a huge leap this year in production. People forget how young he was when he forced the team to keep him on the roster (in hind-sight...a brilliant move).

Berglund has the highest ceiling in terms of natural ability and a big frame, but our last impression of him was hitting the rookie wall. It remains to be seen what his trajectory of improvement will be. In a few years, he'll probably be the biggest point-producer of the three.

But Eller is likely to eclipse all 3 of them. The day he gets his call-up from Peoria is going to be an historic day in Blues' history. We've endured some pain recent seasons, but these are good days to be a Blues' fan.

Hey...I'm as excited about seeing Palushaj, too. He's not far out of this class.

And don't forget, its actually been defense that has gotten the higher picks:

They need a couple years more to start making some noise in the league, but the potential is there to be dominant on both ends of the ice soon.
