Fair enough, Gilroy could have made a better play in that situation. But I think it comes down to something simple. It was far easier for Gaborik to come back and take Cammalleri's options away, than for Gilroy to make a perfect play on Cammalleri one on one. This is exactly the type of situation that Gaborik should be helping out his defense, he was right there, Gilroy is a rookie, its overtime.
