Another player making noticeable progress is Mark Santorelli. We nicknamed the winger "The Itch" last year because of all the games where he was a healthy scratch. He may earn a new nickname this year. Due in part to potential playing time...and also this quote:

"Mark Santorelli has gained a step, which he's needed to do. The proof will be in the pudding and time will tell with him. He's looked very good - he played very well in rookie camp in Nashville."

Mark "Pudding" Santorelli. We kind of like that.
