I disagree with this 100%. He got an NTC for reason wholly unknown to the general public, and if he chooses to exercise his right of refusal, it's unreasonable to fault him for it. Healthy-minded fathers know that family comes first...I'm not saying that his entire motive, but at the same time I refuse to let anyone discount it as a primary factor.

Let's *really* be can wish for him to be willing to move all you want, but any expectation on your part is entirely selfish, and to say anything short of that makes him a d-bag is taking it way too far.
