C/RW Pavol Demitra
  • Scored over a point per game in the lowest scoring part of the dead puck era (490 points in 486 games from 1997-98 to 2003-04)
  • Over this time he was 7th in points and 7th in points per game
  • He was top-10 in scoring in 1998-99, 2001-02, and 2002-03
  • He played in the All-Star Game in 1999, 2000, and 2002
  • He won the Lady Byng trophy in 1999-00
  • He led the President's Trophy winning St. Louis Blues in scoring in 1999-00, and led all forwards that season with +34
  • Has a career adjusted plus-minus of +166, mostly because he is an efficient scorer who doesn't cheat defensively
  • Can play both centre and right wing. His best years came while playing centre in the early 2000s with St. Louis. Since the lockout he has played more right wing, but still played centre much of his time in Minnesota.
