Cape Breton's situation is complicated. They're not that bad but I don't think they'll be able to compete against Moncton or Saint John without giving a lot of their futur (Ellis, Le Sieur, Cuzner). However, they can't wait for next year like Saint John did last season. Their D is getting old, as well as their top forwards. They'll probably make a few moves here and there, no big moves, but depth moves.

I watched the three games Quebec played against CB this year and I thought they were better last season. Maybe they should have made more moves last year?
