Pittsburgh is returning from a disastrous 4-game road trip, and have lost their last 5 games. In these last 5 games, their power-play is 1 for 13 and they have been outscored 19-9. Historically, the Thrashers have always been the team to play in order to end a losing streak. There's potential for a major blowout tonight.

With that said, the Thrashers really need to win this regulation. This losing streak has got to end. A win tonight, against the latest Stanely Cup champs, would be huge and would do wonders for the team's confidence. We need to score first and maintain the lead for a change. I don't think I can handle watching us attempt to battle back from another 3-0 deficit.
