Way too much hype on McFarland for way too long, dont get me wrong, has the skill set for a first rounder but has been projected top 10 for too long.
Burmistrov has a smoother stride, and the way he plays the game makes scouts feel like he's going to be a top player in the NHL, regardless of whether he's actually doing anything in the OHL that night. Burmistrov is more about projection, Skinner is more about production.

I prefer Skinner, but I can see how Burmistrov would be appealing. Burmistrov just LOOKS like a good player.
