I think its possible, but it would take a lot of work to get used to. I don't think it would be as hard adjusting to catching with your right hand as it would be getting used to the stick in your left. I don't know if thats even possible though because I dont know the specifics of Blackburns injury. Speaking from myself I realize that when I'm workig out that I can do alot more with my left arm in terms of lifting and feeling more comfortable doing more things with my left. Normally as a righty you do most things with your right-arm, but when you lift you work them at the same weights which keep the strength in both arms very comparable. I don't know if that matters - but condiering he's a professional athlete I would assume he lifts a decent amount so that might make a potential transition even easier
