It's definitely a teamwide problem, but, as I mentioned in another thread, this is a recurring pattern for Girardi. He stood around while Neil crushed Anisimov with a late hit last week and he stands around whenever Lundqvist gets run.

While team toughness is an organizational issue, Girardi has to shoulder some personal responsibility. I mean, even Wade Redden dropped the gloves a few games ago.
