Gaborik has been TERRIBLE these past ten games, one 4-assist night doesn't change that. Don't be blinded by the fact that he has 61-points that he has been one of the least effective players on the team for a little while now. Sure, he's top-5 in the NHL in scoring, he has had a GREAT YEAR.... BUT he is in an awful slump. Far worse than Lundqvist's slump earlier in the year. When you're supposed to be a top-5 sniper in the NHL and you have 3 goals in your last 16 games you're not contributing to the team the way you should. Especially considering he has taken bad penalties in several of the last few games that the other team has capitalized on.
