I agree, I should think that a) a few million dollars, b) it is your job, c) the desire to win and be the best can stand as appropriate motivation for these guys.

I work for a nonprofit, every penny of my money is going somewhere, snow turns everybody in Nashville into idiot drivers, and the team is on a 5 game losing streak. I'll always be a fan but the whole situation doesnt really motivate me to bust it down to the Sommet tomorrow night.

but anyway, yes it is a tough loss to take. We could have one, but the game was both ways and Detroit was all over us at times too. It could have been close, we could have edged out a win, but no way were we going to run away with this game and just had a tad bad luck.

Howard is not that good and I dont believe that anyone is that lucky. It baffles me to think that many shots found there way to the crease and bounced off of him. I hope Klein and Hamhuis were taking notes on who to get the puck back up ice when the goalie stops a shot
