I am referring to last year. And all the centers you listed have all greatly gone downhill. How great was madano last year? How great was Arnott last year? Even Sakic wasn't that great. Now look at all the wingers that really impressed. Iginla, Modin, St. Louis. There was also a few centers that impressed as well. The fact is, whether it be a winger or center is does NOT matter. The onyl thing that matters is that the player is producing. Guys like Lagenbrunner (sp?) aren't top centers but wingers that always seem to step it up. What Ottawa needs is to round out their team and not be so RW heavy.
