Bergfors is finally starting to pull things together after years of floundering in the minors. I think he'll be a good addition for Atlanta as they begin the Post-Kovalchuk Era. Oduya and Cormier are solid, albeit lackluster pieces, but Oduya will at least give them the depth to move Kubina and Cormier could be a nice surprise if he could ever get it together and play hockey.

This is one of those trades that will take a couple of years to fully shake out, but I think Atlanta comes out about as well as they could have hoped to.
I'd say it's similar value wise to what we gave up for Forseberg. Main difference is Forsberg was almost certainly a rental. I'm sure NJ will do everything possible to resign Kovalchuk (still might not be good enough).
