Gotta take issue with that statement because John Stevens has said that Umberger's play has really impressed him. His defense is good and his faceoff skills are good as well. He's also a good skater and does not shy away from physical contact.

Agreed that he'll probably move to the wing, but it isn't because of his play at center. If anything, the move to the wing makes him a better player because then you can put him in any position and he's versatile that he knows how to play there.

If anything, I think it might be a good idea to start developing propsects via versatility. Have them all aware how to play each position. I'm sure it wouldn't hurt and I think it might make our team that much better.
