140 grams of protein, easily attainable with 2 shakes a day, +chicken/fish meals.
Ok...and while I'm thinking about it...I know about chicken and fish, but what about turkey? And as far as intake, should it be more concentrated after a workout or just spaced throughout the day, or somewhere in between?
