Completely agree. Parse hasn't shown much in the NHL except for some fantastic moments. You can see the talent there, and he seems pretty heady, but he's a floater and just needs to compete like a profesional.

Terry Murray seems to have an intermittent philosophy that says the better players with flaws need to be ridden harder than the average flawed player.
