Yep, but for a rebuilding team with very little talent, all the best prospects are in the NHL. If JT and Bailey were in the AHL or Juniors, we'd likely have 2 prospects in the top 15 in the NHL, if not top 10. Bad teams rarely have good prospect lists, because the best guys are up with the team almost always.
