I haven't been following it strictly, but still doing it 3-5 times per week minimum, depending on what happens. So far I'm down 5 lbs since Feb 3 (184 lbs), I guess that's pretty good, and I'll expect to lose more weight when it gets warmer. Goal is 165-170.

Also, I still ****ing hate pullups.
