All well and good, but the original question was:

Do you think the Monarchs/Kings could replace them without affecting the team?
I don't think the player substitutions you proposed will do anything more than return the Monarchs to a similar playoff status we've witnessed in the previous years. As I mentioned, we're already in a bit of a slide having lost Lehoux. Eliminate our entire current first line - even though you replace them as you've mentioned - and I don't think the team has the replacement talent needed to carry them deep into the playoffs. The guys you mentioned couldn't do it before; they won't be able to do it now.
