Which is why I claim it's a little high. I do think he's worth it, and definitely comparable to other players (he's making less than Corey Perry, and is proving to be a better player)...still happy it's below $5M though, and if you're going to spend this kind of money on a player, Kesler has all the qualities you would be looking for.
