4-5 Hours before my game i'll have a bowl of Pasta, no sauce.
2-3 Hours before my game i'll have a small bowl of brown rice.
Lots of water throughout the day.
Lots of Complex Carbs (not the crap kind) that give you a lot of energy without filling you up.
I might have a small fruit bar then on my way to the game so I don't feel hungry.
