I've had mcdonalds about 2 hours before a ball hockey game. Apart from feeling like a 10 pound baby was bouncing around in my stomach, it actually wasn't that bad. Except every time I got back to the bench I'd have to burp over the side to try to keep the toxic fumes from making everyone throw up.
