The NTC's can be moved. The Flyers have waived 1 way deals to the AHL in the past (Gauthier, Jones). I'm sure the idea of playing in Glens Falls won't sit well with a few guys.
The NMC's (really just Briere) is obviously tougher to move but worse contracts have been moved than his (Gomez)
