Pretty cool story out of Manchester

wonder how often something like this happens:
"With the decision to have Jonathan Bernier fly back to L.A. with the Kings (where he will start Thursday), it left the Monarchs without a backup goaltender for Jeff Zatkoff, scheduled to play against Lowell tonight in Lowell in a tight playoff race.

So, the Monarchs sign some kid who isn't even listed on hockeydb.

Matt Lopes was signed to sit on the bench and backup Zatkoff. He was a local 25 year old who hadn't played a game of hockey this season and at last check was 0-13 for his local college. He had about an hour of practice time.

So what happens?

Jeff Zatkoff gives up 2 goals on the first 3 shots, then gets hurt and can't continue.

Lopes is forced to come in, the Monarchs score four straight goals and Lopes stops 42 of 43 shots to win the game for the Monarchs. "
