EDIT: I have been Googling coed locker rooms and have found a ton of lawsuits filed by parents wanting their daughters to share lockerooms with their male teamates. I am actually kind of shocked by the articles I am reading. I guess I really am old and old fashioned?
I played in this summer league a few years back and we had three girls on our team. They used their own room to change, no biggie. However, they never really seemed like part of the team. They weren't in the room before games when talked about the game or the other team and the weren't there after the game where we talked about how badly we got beat.

There was a woman one time that changed with us. She strip down naked, she had compression shorts and a sports bra under her gear and just put her cloths on over that. As long as everyone is an adult I don't see a problem, but it's really their call.
