Gotta make it fresh. Do yourself a favor and do this:

Buy some dough from the local super market.
Preheat the oven to 450.
Saute diced chicken breast and diced onions. Throw some minced garlic in just before the onions and chicken are done and brown the garlic, being careful not to burn it.
Throw in half a bottle of Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce (It has to be the Buffalo version).
Turn the heat up and let the sauce reduce down. The more the sauce is reduced, the spicier it will be (you're evaporating the water content).
Roll the dough out and put on pre-oiled baking sheet.
Put the chicken with onions, garlic, and sauce on the dough.
Scatter some pieces of FRESH mozzarella on top.
Throw a few torn fresh basil leaves on top.
Brush olive oil on the crust.
Throw in the oven.

15 minutes later, better pizza than you can buy anywhere.
