I'm 5'10" and i use intermediates. i weigh about 140 lbs

the flex point will also have a bearing on how stiff the stick feels.

for example, i swore off low flex-point sticks after using an intermediate Warrior Dolomite shaft, feeling that it was too stiff.

i had an intermediate NB One95 OPS that i added a one inch plug to and it felt very whippy.

now i'm on a RBK 10K intermediate light-flex that feels stiffer than the One95 at approx the same length (took 1/2 inch off) and i'm liking it
