I'd invest in a whey protein isolate. Grocery store protein usually is very overpriced... look at the servings amount and how much protein is in each serving.
All wheys have BCAAs.
You can buy fishoil anywhere. I go to Costco and get a big bottle for like $10. There are no detriments of fishoil. Everyone, every age, should take fishoil. As for benefits, google it. My main use for fishoil is to help burn fat (healthy fats promote lipolysis). It also is recommended by every dermatologist to help clear up acne. It's all-around a wellness supplement.
