Now I really dont understand the part about Garon. Clarke is really high on Esche and they just signed Hackett.. The Habs could use Primeau's size up front, but he is being paid a lot of money. The only way I see this working is if Juneau goes the other way in the package (we have too many centres as it is when Saku comes back)

Primeau is quite possibly Hitchcock's favorite player on the hockey team. Big stong center that can skate and be out shut-down center ala Bobby Holik.

Primeau is paid $5 million per, but the contract is up after this season, so no long term money owed.
