The only thing that works for me is playing more than wice a week. Now that it is warm out I am going to start riding a bike in between games.

I need an exercise bike, I think that would do it for you.

The other thing I always always do is to eat light about an hour and a half to two hours before a game. Full stomachs slow you down as you naturally feel like napping after a big meal.

Pros do that too by the way, eat light on game day.
